Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Cameracentre (cameracentre.co.uk). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility To place an order with Cameracentre, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

3. Formation of Contract After placing an order, you will receive an "Order Acknowledgement" email. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between us is only formed when we send you a "Dispatch Confirmation" email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.

4. Pricing and Availability All prices are displayed in GBP (£). While we try to ensure all details and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to UK Mainland addresses.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 9–15 business days.

While we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Cameracentre shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

6. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, you must provide a clear statement via email. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in "as new" condition.

7. Warranty & Faulty Goods All cameras sold by Cameracentre are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your product is faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Import Duties & Taxes If goods are dispatched from outside the UK, the customer is considered the "importer of record." While we aim to provide a seamless experience, any unexpected import VAT or customs duties levied by HMRC are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. Limitation of Liability Cameracentre shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business, arising out of the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
