Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Times We aim to deliver all UK orders within 9 to 15 business days.
Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
Transit Time: 8–12 business days. Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs processing (for international fulfillment) or local courier delays may occasionally affect these timelines.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard UK Delivery: FREE on all orders.
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes [Your Store Name] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Missing or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of purchase, please contact us at so we can investigate with the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email.
2. How to Return
You have a further 14 days to send the items back to us after notifying us of your intent to return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in "as new" condition.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
4. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used and secondhand unless they are faulty.
5. Processing Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take an additional 3–5 days to show the credit on your statement.
